Kiwi Web Syslog issue - old logs only?

I have a Kiwi Syslog installed on a Win7 machine. It works fine, in the console I can see logs coming from my router, but when I open kiwi web syslog, all I can see are old entries, 2 months old, when I first set up Kiwi.

I had to reinstall Kiwi (it crashed and could not start) and it stopped working because of that.

Any idea how to fix it please

Hi Mariusz - It sounds like you have two separate problems. Do you need help getting Kiwi reinstalled? You are saying it won't reinstall for you? I would suggest opening a support ticket so they can get you back up and running and then you all can look at the other problem as well.

Not really... I reinstalled it but no logs are recorded into the web kiwi.... but when I send a test log from options, it is visible in the web interface.

--Post any solutions you get from Support.
