Operation setup on the node failed. NO_CREATION

Question

We used IP SLA Hub & Spoke to create a VoIP UDP Jitter operation.  Hub is Cisco Catalyst 6509-E running 12.2(18)SXF11.  Status message for every operation with the 6509 is "Operation setup on the node failed. NO_CREATION".  RW SNMP string verified.  Feature set of this IOS verified to include IP SLAs - UDP Jitter.

What else is there to check or verify?

Can you open a support ticket for this issue and reference this thwack post?  We need to gather more information from your installation to get you a solution.

BTW, nice troubleshooting with the IOS version and SNMP credentials check...
