I've configured our NPM server with the correct NCM credentials and I can see all the NCM info in NPM but when I try and view it in EOC I get no data to display and a message at the tope of the screen saying to see ncm data install and configure the integration module to the guidelines.
The only part of the above I'm not sure about is - The Orion NPM credential you specify in Orion EOC must not have any account limitations that would prevent access to the Orion NCM integration module. The account I've used in EOC to talk to NPM is an admin within NPM does it also need to be and admin withing NCM?

If you set up your NCM integration as described in Adding Orion NCM Servers, this should be working.
I recommend opening a support ticket to get troubleshooting assistance.
So, the NPM account that you provide EOC, must have an NCM account associated with it. You can verify this by logging into the Orion web console with that account and then go to the NCM view. If you haven't associated an NCM account, then that view will have messages to first indicate which NCM server to use, and then which NCM account to associate.
If you are able to see the NCM data on the Orion web console with this NPM account, then it is most likely, that one of the versions isn't correct.
The Orion must be at least 9.5.1.
The NCM integration module installed on that Orion must be at least 5.5.2.
And also, the NCM server must have at least 5.5.2.
A common problem is that customers either update the NCM on the Orion and forget the NCM server or visa-versa.

I have upgraded to NPM 10.0 and NCM 6 and I am running EOC 1.2.0.471 and I am not able to see my configurations in EOC and I am using an account that has access to the configs tab in NPM.
I still get this To see NCM data, install and configure the NCM integration module according to the guidelines.
Which I have gone to that page and went ? I am doing this already so why is it not working?
I am having the same issue ... running NPM 10.0 and NCM 6. Logging in locally to NPM, the associated credentials has access to all integrated NCM tabs/functions. When using same credentials in EOC, NCM data is not viewable (same error message - "To see NCM data, install and configure the NCM integration module according to the guidelines).
Has anyone found a resolution to this problem? I am having the exact same issue.
Please look at the KB article Setting up Orion NCM accounts to use with Orion EOC. If this doesn't help, open a support ticket.
