LEM Agent Install

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to install the LEM agent in a different directory other than the default location? We would like to install the agent on a partition other than C: but it doesn't give us this choice. Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thanks

Hey John,

If you use the Remote Agent Installer you should be able to choose a directory. You can do this to install locally, just specify your own machine name in a text file and feed it to the installer when it requests it.

I should have asked if this can be done with the local installer... I know it can be done with the remote agent installer but I don't see that option for the local installer

Unfortunately, only the remote installer has that option. I checked the silent install properties as well and it's hidden from everywhere in the local install. You might want to submit this one as a feature request and we'll see what we can do.
