My storage array is not listed on the drop down menu

Hello,

I downloaded a trial version of Storage Profiler. When I try to Add More under Storage Arrays my storage device is not listed on the drop down menu. Does that mean it is not supported? The storage device is Infortrend EonStor. What do I do?

Sorry, we do not support the Infotrend EonStor directly. If the array supports shares via CIFS or NFS, you can treat it as a generic NAS device and do file anlaysis on those shares.
