Select Variable to Insert dialogue is showing previously deleted Node Custom Properties and not the newley created ones

Have been setting up SAM Alerts and needed to use Custom Properties for email address.
I created a custom property, but was unable to rename it, so deleted it and recreated with new name, This was for two node custom properties.
When trying to use the custom properties in an Email Action, the dialogue to select a variable is only showing the old custom variables. A third newly created one is not even displayed.

I run into this once in a while in client environments, usually bouncing the services or running a configuration wizard on the primary server forces it to catch up with the latest properties list. I thought they addressed it in recent versions because I haven't had the problem in about a year.

Did you try to manually enter the properties instead of letting it auto-populate and see if that works.?

Failing the above have you checked that your database maintenance is running Ok?

Yes, Support advised me to stop and start the services.

Not ideal but it worked.
