Custom Template to show which os is 64 and 32 bit

I am trying to make a report showing which pcs on the network are 32 bit and which ones are 64 bit but am having no luck in getting anything to work. Is it possible to do this with the reports or maybe I am missing something.

After tinkering with it I can only get 1 pc out of the 100 pcs on our network to work when each report is run. The first one pulls up a correct x86 pc name but only one record and the 2nd one I did showed a x64 bit pc but only one record. Is there something else I need to setup in order for it to pull from all pcs on the network?
