SFTP - Authorise specific IP address ranges

On the site for this tool, it specifies "Advanced Security – Authorize specific IP addresses or ranges of IP addresses for transfers".

I can't see anything within the app to do this, so have found the config file which has an entry for "BlockedAddresses". By authorising specific IP address, do you have to in fact block all IP address except for the one that you want? If so, how do you go about doing this?

Example:

I want to allow only IP address 192.168.1.2

How would I configure this?

Not sure if you are still looking for an answer, but I don't know if the free SFTP software can lockdown the app like that. I accomplished this by specifying the allowed IP addresses in the Windows firewall inbound rule for that app/port.
