UDT not seeing previously connected device when I do a search

I'm becoming EXTREMELY frustrated with UDT. I did a search on a specific IP and I don't get the correct results. example below...

So when I actually find the switch I know the device was on, then bam it shows me but not in the past or current connections but in current connections when i click the actual port I found it to be on. Have I done something wrong?!?!?!!? Please help!!! Thinking about it more, it seems it only shows and will return a search for a device that is currently connected instead of the history as well.

Can you please open a support case and send diagnostics about this? We have done some internal testing and aren't really able to reproduce this.
