SEUM "Top XX Locations by Duration" graph report help

When I am look at the Top XX Locations by Duration graph and change the view to "Last 3 Months" on get data going back to late April. I have transaction data going back to February, so why don't I see more data in the graph when choosing the Last 3 months? (Management loves those graphs!) Is there a setting that effects the amount of available data to the graphs as far as time goes?

Also if anyone has some good tips and tricks for for those graphs, the info would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

this is a known issue that we track as FB98027. Older data are there but they are not displayed in chart. You can use reports to get these data for management.

OK, well that is a dummer. Is there any type of work around? Is there any way for me to make new type of charts? I can make reports from the report tool but not charts (that I know of). Any help would be great, even if its having to go outside of the tool.

Where can I find the FB98027 document for referencing. My searches have come up empty handed.

FB98027 is number of our internal ticket. You can't see it anywhere.

For your charts workaround, you could use Report Writer and export generated report to Excel where you could create a chart. Would this help?
