This section has contradictory information. Change the condition to 'any' and put both of these node names under one condition.
To clarify, be careful with the allignment of condition groups. I added this line to show how the alert cannot ever trigger because it requires the down node to have both node names.
For the reset, can you just use the default "Reset when condition is no longer true"?
