If yes, please advise what object and field we need to locate in the trigger condition.

this was discussed in Netapp CPU Busy Percentage and currently there is anything like that, but if you can see on that post, it is already under a consideration.

Well, to be honest I do not know the timing. What I can tell is that this is under consideration and when that can be done and released, it is hard to tell now.
I would add that according to our policy, we even can't share any timelines.
