Instance Monitoring Reports

Question

Hi, I am wondering how to make a specific report. We currently have reports for every instance that is UP/DOWN. We need to make a report for the in between. When I say in between I mean, when it is still up, but it has issues. We are looking for data to help solve these problems quicker. Thanks for the help!

Have you considered NPM's Top Ten reports?  I use them to show interfaces with errors & discards, and I use that report to prioritize support.

I use the view in NPM's Top Ten, and the Top Ten Errors & Discards This Hour, or the Top 40 Errors & Discards Today.  They're all very useful for seeing the items that need attention first.
