I need an alert when a message arrives containing the word "OSPF" or "STP", I want it to send an email to a group of ADM Network. There is that possibility?

That is definitely possible.
Just create a rule, add a filter on message text, and in the include field put in "OSPF" "STP".
For the Action, choose Sendmail and fill in the mail notification info.
