SNMPSweep tool or any other reporting tool

SnmpSweep includes a set of canned MIB fields. Is there a way to add an additional field? We would like to see the devices' serial number displayed also. Basically we are looking for a way to generate a snmp report for a few specific MIB entities across a subnet.
