I've set up Cisco Call Manager Publishers in SolarWinds, and enabled CDR output on multiple Cisco Call Manager Publishers. I successfully set up CDR uploads from all my Call Manager Publishers to an SFTP server. I cans see CDR records in the correct associated folders on my SFTP server. I set up CDR polling via SFTP in SolarWinds, but SolarWinds is not processing the CDR files. I'm not getting any kind of error, so I don't see what's wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?
