Patch Manager Package Wizard

I would like to create packages for installing softwares like Eracent, McAfee, Nagios, NetBackup etc and deploy them to our windows servers. This is the 1st time I am using the Package Wizard. I would appreciate if anyone who has created and installed such software can help with the package setup.  Is there any detailed document explaining how to go about it?
