I am attempting to edit a view for EOC. On the Edit screen, Resources tab, there is no Select button or box next to the individual resource names. How do I get a resource to show in the Added box?

You need to click on the resource name in the list. After that, settings window for the selected resource is displayed on the right side of the screen. To add the resource to the view, you need to press the Add button at the bottom at that window.
