Switch Port Mapper Port Exclusions

Has anyone figured out a way to exclude certain ports from switch port mapper scans? I have an issue in that all my user closets on my Cat 6500's are on the top blades of the switch. This means that when I do a map it fills in about 1000 user workstations before filling in the first server.

You can specify VLAN's to scan with the mapper.. Try putting your servers on a seperate VLAN from your users. This is good practice anyway.
