IP Address & Hostname is not showing in UDT

The IP Address & Hostname are not showing in the UDT V 3.0 from Core switch (Cisco Model : WS-6509-V-E, IOS Version: V12.2(50r) Sys3). Please help me to figure out the issue. Thanks in advance.

Could you please upgrade your UDT to 3.0.2? We have fixed some issues in the releases after 3.0 and one of them was about big arp tables not getting into our database. Considering we speak about core 6509 switch, it could easily be the case.

Still really broke bad using 3.0.2 with 65xx and numerous other Cisco router and switch models. The only model that seems to report Hostanme, IP, MAC is Catalyst 37xx.

Can you read through there and see if you are also experiencing this problem?

I originally asked if it was ever working as this would give us some context to your problem.

UDT relies heavily on arp tables. This is where it gets its data from.

When you run "show arp" command on your core switch do you get results of MAC addresses and their corresponding IP addresses?
