Hardware component warning or critical state -interface Bias Current Sensor

Hi,

All the Cisco switches (4500 series Chassis) are showing 'Overall Hardware Status' has state: Warning’. Also am unable to get the data for the CPU and memory. Kindly let me know what the issue is here?

For a lot of people, switching the hardware health polling to CISCO-ENVMON-MIB has corrected the warning messages for hardware status - check out the posts on Thwack - 10.4 hardware health monitoring - anybody know what a bias current sensor is?

As for the CPU and memory, go to the node summary page and click on list resources

Do you have the CPU & Memory selected?

If you do and are still not getting any information, you can run snmpwalk.exe from the Orion server (C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion) and check if the OIDs for CPU and memory are in the output.
