how to have web access from remote host?

Hi all,

i couldn't have web access from a remote host to the kiwi syslog.

i try  using the kiwi syslog IP address but it didnt work.

I turned off the  firewall and didnt work also..
i can only have web access through the "kiwi  syslog web access" icon that is located in the same host where the syslog was  installed.

kiwi.syslog.web.access:8088/ ----> this is the  address that appear when i have access. should i use another

address  from a remote host?
**the remote host can ping the kiwisyslog  server.
