Getting error tied to SolarWinds Recommendation Engine service

I am getting an error, "This view type (NetFlow IP Address Group) requires a net object and none has been specified." when I try to login using the "Admin" account. I found a Success Center article talking about making sure the SolarWinds Recommendation Engine service is set to automatic and is running. I checked and it already is. Any other ideas for what may be going on? Thanks.
