Is there a way to create a report or graph from a custom metric?
I don't see a possibility to create a report, but a chart should be displayed automatically in the resource tab. When you create a Custom Metric, you select a Catagory, and if for example you select "Memory", you will see the chart in Memory resource page. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.
