EOC Active Alerts not updating

Hi all,

Hopefully this is a simple fix.

We have a number (3) Orion installations that plug into our EOC platform, however we have noticed that for one of the clients the "Active Alerts - *Client Name*" isn't updating.

At first we thought it was a communication issue between the clients Orion installation and EOC, however under the "Orion Servers" section in EOC it shows the server as being recently polled.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
