Reports are looked for in Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Reports .Make sure even if you have a custom report, you save it there. Good news is that any modifications to that report you've "saved" in report writer are still preserved, so just move the file to that folder and you're good.

I have the same question. I'm bonking out on large reports and failing to create .csv and .xls files using the scheduler.
