Flexible Netflow Configuration on Cisco 3850 Example?

Anybody have a command configuration snippet for setting up "normal" Netflow records on a Cisco 3850 switch?

I know the 3850's use flexible Netflow and that a "record" has to be created.  I guess I just do not know what fields are part of a "conventional" Netflow record so that NTA can do everything it needs to do with the data.

Any guidance or help is appreciated.
