Netflow Installation error: Cannot create new table (FlowCorrelation) ExecuteNonQuery Failed for Database 'NetPerfMon'

I was installing Orion NetFlow 3.0 when this error occur. I hope somebody could help me on this one.

I'd recommend opening a support case for this issue so we can investigate. When opening the ticket, be sure to include details on whether this was an upgrade or a new installation. If upgrade, include what NPM/NTA version you were upgrading from.
