Alerting - solarwinds email alerts

I have everything setup correctly, I am able to receive emails when devices go down and even text messages. However I was wondering how I could make it so that in the email message I will receive the devices ip address as well?

Also is it possible to have it so that it also sends a link to the device on solarwinds in the email? This alert is for several devices with different ips.

In the subject or body of the email add the following:

To display the IP:

${N=SwisEntity;M=IP_Address}

To display a link to the device:

${N=SwisEntity;M=DetailsUrl}

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to work. The alert is for a group which within it are its devices. The email correctly states which device in that group is down, but I cant get it to show the ip of that device nor its site. What you gave me just shows in the message as is and doesnt show anything else. Any ideas?
