Good Morning/Afternoon,
We've recently upgraded a piece of hardware at one of our satellite locations. When it was replaced, the old IP address was used for the new hardware. While everything is working fine right now, our monitoring is now messed up on the new hardware. The device shows up in NCM and in the groups tab of Solar Winds. It also shows up in the directory where NCM is installed. However, it won't show up in the "All Nodes" section that we use for our primary monitoring.
So far, I've tried,
1. Polling the node
2. Removing all resources and re-adding them
3. Re-adding the node through the "Add Node" section of Solar Winds.
4. Completely deleting the device and re-adding it.
None of these things worked and it won't show up in the list. Any thoughts on what might have caused it to disappear? Any ideas on what could fix the problem?
