We have Citrix boxes that experience high CPU for short periods of time all night long. It's driving the on call techs crazy. I would like to revise my notification of these nodes so that once Orion sees a high CPU condition, it will wait 15 minutes and check again. Upon finding the CPU condition the second time THEN it sends out an alert. I know this is done with advanced alerts but need a little help doing this. Can anyone offer me some guidance on this please?
