unable to remove engineer's toolset freeware mode

Hello

Im having an issue with the Engineers tool set v10 - freeware mode.

I would like to install the toolset - v10.6 our license copy, when you uninstall the freeware mode it says its successfully removed.

Then i install the v10.6 successfully but it doesnt show all the tools and wont activate it as its still showing up freeware mode

can anyone help with a process to completely remove or advise why its doing this

Once you are in freeware mode you will need to reset the license before you can activate a new license. Contact support and they can walk you through that process.
