I have just configured a number of voice gateways we monitor to provide the PRI Trunk utilization statistics, It may be that there is something else I need to do but E1 Interfaces setup for 10 channels as an example;
pri-group timeslots 1-10,16
Solarwinds is reporting 30 channels available through the VNQMS page, this actually means that the percentage available/used statistics are not accurate in this instance.

Any help, clarification would be great,
