Average CPU Load and Memory Statistics working for some but not others

Hi all.

I'm working to add the Average CPU Load and Memory Utilization and statistics. The problem is it looks to be working for 1 physical server but not a few vm's and am perplexed. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Here's an update. Of 45 servers, I have only 2 that have the utilization working. I created a separate tab called CPU and Memory Utilization for this resource. Many of the servers are missing this added tab but most have it. Oh, I'm running NPM 11.5.

Any help out there????
