Just reviewing features of 10.0 and saw you can now click on an alert and there is an "Alert Action" field that is read-only. Is this field supposed to be the "Notes" capability of an alert? And, if so, how do you add data to it?

Not yet, but you can see the direction we are going there. NCM is in RC now, can't tell you when it will be GA. So you will be able to put configs in there, show commands, diff's
So right now the only method to add data to this is via NCM 6.0 which has a new action to run a device script like a show command at alert and store the results in there. Going forward we plan to make that editable and allow users to enter hand typed notes in there.
So basically, I can't use this field.....:(
When will NCM 6.0 be out? And what exactley will I be able to put in that field besides config stuff???
