Network Perf Mon questions

With more than 800 networks, I have too many switches, routers, access points, etc. to manually add to Perf Mon. Is there a way to import a host file?

Secondly, I wonder if there is a way to use profiles. for example, I sure would like to be able to pull up my "grocery Warehouse" profile, to start monitoring there. Or if I have a problem at store x, I would like to be able to 'open' my store x devices only.

Any ideas?
