strange IP addresses

Hi,

I am new to Solarwinds. I just installed a copy of free Netflow Realtime Analyzer 9.2.1.25 and when I view the Conversation data I see some strange IP addresses. We are using 10.0.0.0 ip addresses, but it seems like the octets are scrambled, and some are correct.

Hi dttng - Can you verify they look correct in a packet capture, or try it on a flow from a different device? There have been know issues with some vendors firmware where the IP Address is not getting encoded correctly...

Hi Greg,

The packet capture looks correct. The flow is coming from a Cisco Catalyst 4500 and it seems like the ip address are transpose between first octet and second octet, third octet and fourth octet.
