How can I monitor a folder size on a server?

I need to create an alert when a specific folder on my server is getting too large. Is this possible with SAM?

I uploaded an application template last week that will do this. In fact it checks for existence of a specified folder, takes content count, total size in megabytes, oldest and newest files both in root and in subfolders, all of which can be used in alerts and reports:
