Network Performance Monitor settings?

Hi everyone, How come the settings does not stay? Specifically, Response time/Custom, neither Style nor Axis setting would not stay for more than two minutes. Also, if I set packet loss from 0 to 100%, the response time will run out of scale. If I set packet loss to auto or min = 0, response time will be correct but packet loss would be more than 100% (how could this be?) please help. Thanks!
