Switch Port Mapper Exporting to Excel

When I try to export my map to Excel. I get an error message stating that I do not have Excel installed. I am running Windows XP with Office 2003 installed. My Switch Port Mapper version is 5.5.

We had this happen on a few systems that had office installed/upgraded *after* solarwinds was installed. Our solution was to reinstall solarwinds - it fixed the problem on all affected monitoring stations. You might want to give that a try.
