Possible to assign a view to EOC user or role?

Is it possible to assign a user or role a specific view when they log into EOC?

I created a map that I want certain users to see when they login to EOC. By default it looks like unless you edit the Home view then it is not possible to point them to the new map unless you add an item to the menu bar.

Denny....that's what I have done. I have a new menu bar item for a view that I want my team to see, not the default user. Unless I change my shortcut in IE to use the URL for that new view (as if I click that new menu bar item) I get defaulted to the "default" view. It would be nice in the user setup to assign them to a "view".

I had the same issue with this since I had thought that a product named Enterprise Operations Console would allow custom views that had been setup prior in Orion.

I created a custom view by using Custom HTML under the resources when create a view. I then opened the webpage I wanted in Orion that users of a certain business unit are allowed to view and copied the address from the address bar. I then pasted that into the code below in the custom HTML and added the view to the menu bar.

Users need to have access to the Orion server to view this which I am not sure how much load I am removing from our current Orion server doing it this way but it was the only way I could think of to mimic views I had already setup that I wanted to port over to EOC. I wish there was an easier way to do this.
