I'm a newbie in solarwinds and I try to do things but i have several questions about the functionality about the program.
1 about templates...
-It's possible to develop new templates with a new content. A template to do whatever i want, for instance a template that it connect a new type of database that not supported by solarwinds in this moment.
-what type of templates are shared in the comunity "thwack"?, I don't understand very well this point..¿the new templates are develop by users or by the staff of orion? ¿how i can develop new templates?
2 about the price...
I don't understand the price of APM... ¿what means "a monitor"? for instance i try to connect a node that is a database, If i want to see 5 diferents numbers of databse, ¿am I using one monitor or five monitors?
3 About arquitecture ...
for Work to solarwinds, I need the solarwinds in all nodes that i want to control or only in one and this one can control all the network that it can see whitout slave in all nodes? ¿which types of arquitecture installation have in solarwinds?
