IP Address History for 'IPAM IP Address Details' screen does not show all changes

Wondering if my understanding is wrong about this one. I created a new IP reservation - with host name - and saw that after the host appeared, the host name was nixed (correctly, as there is no DNS record yet).

I expected the IP Address History to show this, and possibly Hostname Assignment History to show this as well. They remain blank.

I ran IPAM - Last 1000 IP History records report, and saw that these details were audited.

So should these changes appear in the History table for the IP? (if not, I am inclined to make my own custom table for obvious reasons)
