NetFlow Installation Issues

After installing Orion NPM, NCM & Netflow on our new server I'm having problems getting things running again. NPM is working, but I can't get the NetFlow service to start. In the Windows event viewer I get this.....

Service cannot be started. System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'TCP'.

Invalid column name 'UDP'.

at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError (SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)

etc......

Anyone have any suggestions?
