Cannot Clear Events/Syslog Messages

Hello, I am hoping that someone can assist with this. I am unable to clear events and syslog messages in EOC. I have tried everything inclusingf reinstalling fresh and starting over but still having the same issue. I check the rights and the account that connects the EOC to the other Orion servers does have the rights to clear either events and syslog but it still is not working.

Are you by any chance using pass through authentication with Orion?

Yes we are using passthrough authentication.

We currently have a bug where acknowledgement functionality is broken when pass-through is used on the Orion server. We have this logged and will be looking at it.

Is there a work around? I have been having this issue for at least 6 months and this has been reported to SolarWinds 6 months ago. Any idea when this fix will be released?
