CAT2960 , 2970, 2560 AND 3750 Firmware Upgrade

I am new at solarwinds scripting.
in the line what is download-sw?

Is this coming from a switch and sending the binary file to the c2960.tar?

Its the command on the CLI that downloads the tar file to the switch.
