Segmentation SolarWinds web view

I am trying to figure out if we can create a segment for our upper management and technicians web view.  In my work environment we have several sections where we need to create segments of our network foot print. I know it is possible to create access control for administrative and management;

however, I will like to create different web pages for the different sections in our organization, and of course, with different access levels. is that something that someone has done out there before?

create views and add the views to a menu bar

edit user account and assign these menu bars
