VMAN 8.0 - how to assign licenses to specific vCenters/Hyper-V hosts?

So far, I can only see one problem with the in-platform VMAN poller in 12.2 - I don't see a ready way to assign my (limited) VMAN licenses to specific clusters or hosts. Now I'm officially underlicensed, and that certainly wasn't the desired result.

Anyone else found a method to assign licenses specifically to limit core license usage?

If it works like the old one then I believe you just need to limit the VMware account you are using to not allow it to read the hosts/clusters you want precluded. Once you do that VMAN won't even see the hosts/clusters you don't want included in your license.

That is correct, you would need to make sure the account you use doesn't have permissions to the clusters/hosts you are excluding.
