I was just wondering how to remove an alert after resolving an issue with a virtual machine

Hi,

if the issue is resolved and the VM is the only one in the alert then the alert should be automatically lowered according to configuration of the alert (whether the alert is evaluated on Conf / Perf data collection, Sustained minutes, ...). If you think your alert is raised and should be lowered then insert screenshots to let me see what's going on.
