Cisco Pix 501 will not access file to upload

Hello All,
I can send the pix config file to my tftp server with no problem, but when I try to upload a new config file i get this error message

Invalid access to e:\tftp-root from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
any ideas why I could write the file to the tftp server, but can't read or upload it?

Check the TFTP server permissions, if you are using the free SolarWinds version check

File->Configure->Security

and ensure you can transmit and recieve file

Thanks for the idea, I am using solarwinds, and it is set to trans & recv.
Any other thoughts are appriciated
